The Floor is Breathing — is a very strange first-person analog horror game that tells a dark story about the corpses under your floorboards. In The Floor is Breathing, you step into the shoes of a woman who performs various tasks every day after returning from work. The tasks each day are simple but strange, usually requiring you to check for monsters under your bed, fix a door, watch TV, and go to bed. However, you soon begin to experience strange visions and begin to learn the story of what’s hiding under your floorboards. The Floor is Breathing takes about 20 minutes to complete and is a fantastic horror game with a very disturbing atmosphere and a very dark plot. The story is cleverly told with multiple perspectives and analog horror elements, and plenty of great touches that add to the experience. Highly recommended.

MUE — is a beautiful first-person horror adventure game in which a woman confronts her fear of aging by revealing grotesque images of the course of her life. Created by students from the University of Quebec, MUE is a short and visually stunning first-person horror adventure about the fear of aging. In the game, you explore a nightmarish maze that takes you through representations of different ages of a womans life.

Halloween — is a wonderfully suspenseful first-person fan horror in which Michael Myers pays you a visit while you’re babysitting a local kid. In the Halloween game, you take on the role of a young female nanny who takes care of a child named Tommy, possibly Tommy Doyle from the movie Halloween. Everything is going well, even if you let Tommy watch the original Halloween movie on TV, but soon there is a strange phone call, a masked stranger looks in the window, and the lights go out. Now it’s only a matter of time until it gets inside.

RATMAN — is a short and intense survival horror FPS game where you explore a sewer infested with giant mutant rats. This is a survival horror FPS in which a marine is sent into the sewers to investigate the appearance of a cryptid and the disappearance of several homeless people. When you enter the sewers, you soon discover that they are inhabited by huge mutant rats, and now you have to shoot and fight your way through them to get to the surface. RATMAN suffers from some monster pathfinding bugs and a few bumps, but other than that it’s a great little horror game. Like the previous Azaxor cryptid hunting games, it has a very tense atmosphere and the monsters are very creepy. Besides, it’s nice to be able to fight them back this time.

Pulang Insanity — is an adventure horror game based on Indonesian mythology and culture. The protagonist of the game is a former poor man who, with the help of a ritual, became rich and successful, but soon realized that everything had to be paid for. The story of the game that is being told here is a plausible story about a man named Rudy, who once lived an ordinary life and did not know grief, he had everything that he needed, but one day, everything was lost. Life turned into horror, there was no money, the disease prevailed over him and there seemed to be no way out, but when he learned about the Pesugikhan ritual, Rudy tried it on himself and his mood changed again for the better. Everything seemed to be in order now, but the horror was just beginning to unfold.

GRIEF is a creepy and surprisingly poignant first-person adventure in which a corpse follows you through a hospital as you learn to come to  with a tragic event. In GRIEF, you find yourself in a hospital corridor with a corpse in a hospital bed behind you. As you walk through the hospital, the corridor seems to repeat itself although some of the posters change, and all the while the corpse on the bed follows you. Now you need to figure out how to leave the corpse behind and hopefully come to  with your grief. The GRIEF game takes about five minutes to complete, but in the short time of playing it makes a powerful impression, and depending on your actions, you have to open three unique endings. Visually, the game is excellent and does a great job of telling the story through the environment. Highly recommended.

Transient Extended Edition — is a first-person adventure game with horror elements. The action takes place in a rather unusual, dystopian universe that combines a cyberpunk atmosphere with themes inspired by Lovecraft’s stories. The game was developed by Stormling Studios, formerly known as Zoetrope Interactive they created the Conarium and Darkness Within series and published by Iceberg Interactive. The game is set in a distant, post-apocalyptic future. The remains of the human race took refuge in a citadel known as the Doomed City Providence. The player takes on the role of a hacker named Randolph Carter, who accidentally discovers a terrible secret that can completely change his approach to the world and even lead him on the path of madness.
